Three charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) have already been installed in six car parks, an investment that reflects the University’s commitment to sustainability and infrastructure modernisation, in line with global trends towards environmental responsibility.
These stations are integrated into the MOBI.E network and provide 22KVA of power in each of the two sockets.
The PCVE technology used makes it possible not only to charge 100% electric or hybrid light vehicles, but also to charge any vehicle and/or appliance that can be charged from a 16A – 230VAC (3600W) Schuko socket, as long as it is not being charged at the same time as the vehicle.
This is the case of vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric scooters, adapted vehicles that can activate the Schuko sockets with the appropriate CEME card.
