Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan serves as a reference for the main initiatives and programmes, and as a basis for strategic decision-making. The document is the result of an extensive process of discussions, contributions and suggestions from all those responsible for guiding and implementing the strategy to be adopted: The Rector, the Rector’s team, the directors of the organic units and the members of the bodies representing the organic units. It therefore reflects the environment of diversity and inclusion, interdisciplinary and free thinking that prevails at NOVA.
