NOVA Young Talent Awards

Recognising the best students is one of our best practices and proof of this is the NOVA Young Talent Awards (NYTA), an initiative that recognises students with the best results in the first year of undergraduate and integrated master’s degrees at the University.

This award, initially called the “NOVA Freshmen Grant”, was established in the 2013/2014 academic year and consists of a grant worth the amount of the annual tuition fee, awarded at the end of each academic year, and was later renamed the “NOVA Young Talent Awards”. Every year, the secondary schools of origin are also recognised, thus recognising the basic education they received.
