The António Arnaut Award for the best written work about research in health systems was give to the study "Reforma dos cuidados de saáde primários: a experiência do pagamento pelo desempenho", by Julian Perelman (lead researcher), from NOVA's Escola Nacional de Saáde Páblica, Giuliano Russo, from NOVA's Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical, Marisa Miraldo, from Imperial College London, and Alexandre Lourenço, from Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra.
The award is worth 3.000euros and will be published by Edições Almedina.
