The European Researchers' Night (NEI) returns to Lisbon on September 30 to celebrate science and bring scientists closer to citizens.
The programme, this year with the theme "Science for All, Sustainability and Inclusion", has an online component and more than 100 local activities, that will take place between 17h00 and 24h00, distributed between the National Museum of Natural History and Science, the Lisbon Botanical Garden and the Príncipe Real Garden.
NOVA University Lisbon will be well represented, starting with FCT NOVA, which is part of the consortium organizing this event, and will have its researchers leading several of the activities. Also NMS and NOVA FCSH will go out to share with the public of all ages the best research created in their research centres.
The European Researchers' Night is an initiative funded by the European Commission, under the Horizon 2020 programme, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and takes place simultaneously in several European cities.
