After the success of the 1st edition of the ADN Award - Acting Differently at NOVA, applications are now open for the 2nd edition of the award, which will be presented at a gala to be held on 19 April to celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Day.
Intending to disseminate innovative practices at Universidade NOVA and contribute to the development of a culture of organisational innovation, the ADN Award also aims to recognise good practices already implemented in the different units of the University.
This edition also introduces a new feature: the selection of the best project in each of the competition areas, as long as it is of absolute merit.
As Pedro Saraiva, the Vice-Rector in charge of Organisational Innovation and Digital Transformation, emphasised from the outset, "universities must promote organisational innovation, something that has been in NOVA's DNA since the beginning and has been present throughout the last five decades".
