At the Innovation and Analytics Lab of NOVA IMS, the final of the NOVA Startup Competition took place this Thursday, 28th, where eight teams fought for a place in the international competition Stage Two. The choice fell on eBreathie.
The NOVA Startup Competition is an initiative of the NOVA Impact Office of the Rectory of NOVA, which aims to highlight the most innovative projects of the university, enabling participation in an international competition with the best European startups.
Stage Two is only the biggest pan-European competition for the best university startups. The team now chosen will compete on October 20-21 for access to a European network of investors and industry leaders.
Surf Eye, AdaptionLab, Sea!D, Inspira Legal, Mellody, Zarela, and Connactive were also in the final of the NOVA Startup Competition, in a universe of 18 applications, and their projects were analyzed by a jury composed of Pedro Almeida, Senior Associate at Armilar Ventures, António Martinez, Investment Manager at Portugal Ventures, and Pedro Saraiva Dean of Nova IMS.
