Professor António Correia de Campos, teacher at NOVA's Escola Nacional de Saáde Páblica, was distinguished with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Distinguished Government Service, from the Johns Hopkins Alumni Association.
This award honors alumni who have brought credit to the university by their current or recently concluded distinguished public service as elected or appointed officials.
Past recipients include Madeleine Albreight, Antonia Novello, Chester Crooker and Kweisi Mfume.
