The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) distinguished Professor Paulo Limão-Vieira, from NOVA's Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, with a research grant through the programme "Invitation Fellowship for Research in Japan" to develop a set of researches inserted in cycle of visits to top Japanese universities.
The programme distinguishes internationally renowned researchers to collaborate with Japanese researchers in various activities and scientific research projects. JSPS opens an innovative space of critical thinking, lectures and other scientific and pedagogical activities in Japan to international researchers.
