Ana Simão, student of the Integrated Master Degree in Computer Science of NOVA's Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, won the gold medal in the category -61 kg, at the European Universities Karate Championship held in Zabljak (Montenegro) between 23 and 26 July 2015.
