Professor Francisco Caramelo took office on the 18th of February 2016 as Dean of NOVA’s Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, before Deans’ Council.
Professors Miguel Xavier and Alexandre Quintanilha also took office as NOVA Medical School/ Faculdade de Ciências Médicas Scientific Council President and NOVA’s Escola Nacional de Saáde Páblica School Council President, respectively.
The ceremony took place at the Rectorate’s Senate Room in the presence of representatives from NOVA’s academic community.
