The week-long meeting of the ten universities of the alliance of which NOVA is part, dedicated to the theme "A Better Europe", ended with a great success.  

Due to the inescapable legacy of the University in this area, the City Council has decided to award the Gold Medal of the City to NOVA University Lisbon. The ceremony took place this Saturday and was attended by the Rector of NOVA, João Sàágua, and the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Elvira Fortunato. 

NOVA is now competing in the SDG Education Programme of the Year category. Voting runs until 25 June.

Applications are open until July 1^st. The event takes place on September 28^th at ITQB NOVA.

As we prepare to welcome the universities of the Alliance for the first EUTOPIA week of the year, here is a taste of the city and the many things to be found at NOVA University Lisbon.

Registrations are open until June 21. 

The winning project links artificial intelligence to meal planning for babies and in second place came a platform for personalised cognitive training.

This month, from the 19th to the 23rd of June, NOVA is organising the "EUTOPIA Week", which will take place mainly on the Campolide campus. If you can, participate and be active: we can easily shorten the 10 years I mentioned above, and by a lot, if we all commit ourselves more to knowing and participating in the EUTOPIA Alliance.

The Impact@NOVA workshops have recently been recognised as best practice by the European Commission.

Between June 28th and July 1st, 13 concerts will bring music to NOVA's Campolide Campus. Tickets are now on sale, with special prices for the NOVA community.

From FCT NOVA, NOVA Medical School e Nova SBE, the winners will have the opportunity to carry out part of their research and master's studies in the United States during the 2023/2024 academic year. 

On May 31, the Rectorate welcomes the participants for the final "pitch" of this year's edition and celebrates the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship that is part of life at NOVA.
